I am going to Texas Tech and they don't even begin processing fin aid until July 1.  I think most schools wait until all scholarships are awarded so they don't have to mess with adjusting awards for scholarships.

Most schools won't even process your app until their done w/ their admissions and have seen who has sent in their seat deposits.

It actually depends though whether you mean merit scholarships or need based grants/loans.  Need based take longer because they have to review your financial situation.  Merit scholarships are generally sent out with the acceptance or within a week or so of acceptance.

Lucky me, I got the scholarship offer before I got the admission letter from both Brooklyn and Seton Hall.  SJU sent theirs with the offer.  Haven't heard from Cardozo although I've been promised to hear something by early next week.
