Fordham vs Cornell

Here's the problem:

I've been accepted at Fordham and waitlisted at Cornell.

Should I wait for Cornell's decision, or just go for Fordham?
Fordham is a very good lawschool, and it's in Manhattan... But if I was accepted at Cornell, wouldn't it be natural to go there, although it's in Ithaca?

If you get into Cornell, definitely go there.  Fordham's a good school but Cornell is ivy league.
