App Question: Hours worked per year for part-time?

Columbia, Cornell and a few others ask for hours worked per year of undergrad.

Freshman...Sophomore...etc

i had a job for 3 months of Freshman and 6 months of sophomore.
I worked about 25-35 hours per week at both.

Do I put...
Freshman: 25-35
Sophomore: 25-35

or do I have to divide it up.. i.e. 25-35 for 6 months =  15 on average for the whole year

What is everyone here doing ?
