With schools that do not have rolling admissions, how do they organize applications for review that were received prior to their deadline...

University of Oregon is one such school.  How do they organize the files that come in for review?  And in each way that they do organize, aren't some people at a disadvantage, if per chance, they are last in that organizational scheme??

Any one have any input?
