Well my last LOR (up until 2 months ago LOR was nothing more than an amazing book/movie, yet now it seems to have so much more personal meaning/frustration/hate...whatever) was sent 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't processed. But that is all I am missing, so my quandry is this, 1. should I just submit the apps. without the final LOR, or 2. submit them now and then when the final LOR gets there it will be forwarded as specified? Any advice would be wonderful...
