a couple notes:

1. yes, e-mail to check your status, including asking about EA.  i e-mailed to ask knowing that my last LSDAS report with the third LOR got there 11/9, but a report with 2 LORs got there 11/3.  gtown delayed their deadline by like 9 or 10 days, presumably because of the LSAC delay, so in my e-mail, i asked whether i was complete AND whether i had made the EA deadline (i mentioned that i just didn't know how they were handling the delay, so it wasn't like i was blatantly ignoring instructions re EA deadlines).

2. for duke, i have no complete date listed.  i have no clue when i went complete.  i sent the e-mail described above on sunday, heard nothing monday, heard i was accepted tuesday, then got a response today saying "you're complete, and you have already heard your decision."

I actually live on the campus of Indian Springs School. My mom is the Dean of Students there and it's where I went to high school. I grew up in the North Shelby area. I went to school at Inverness and then Oak Mtn. before going to springs. You?

Went to the rival and far superior school  - good old Altamont.  Grew up in Mt. Brook

2 people on LSN updated today w/acceptanced to Duke.  Dated their acceptance 12/2, meaning they probably got the letter.
