did anyone else get the info to apply for that frank rothman scholar thing?  trying to figure out whether all EA people get it automatically.

Yeah, I got the Rothman thing.  I'm wondering if there's only one a year like that kid in the brochure or if several people get it.  And thought I'm not really interested in corporate, a guaranteed internship at Skadden Arps isn't anything to complain about.

I sent in my app on 10/30 with an EA form, but USC didn't request my report until 11/18, well after my file was complete at other schools. I'm not overly impressed by the EA program; anyone else having similar waiting problems, or did my file just get lost for a few weeks?

USC didn't start "completing" files until just last week.  they seem to be super quick after completion though.  my acceptance letter was dated the day after my completion letter was dated.

Thanks, I just thought USC seemed to be slacking as compared to Michigan and Georgetown, who have already sent me acceptance letters. But that is good to hear because I only live in Las Vegas, so hopefully its on the way. Thanks.

yeah... I actually received my 'completed' letter _after_ the acceptance envelope!

[Funny seeing that new thin letter from them... 'Uh, what, now are they gonna say they made a mistake?' ;) hehe]

ha ha!  that's pretty funny.  what was the date on the completed letter?  mine was the 23rd, acceptance 24th.

same here... somehow i think it's a function of my living so nearby...

anyway, i guess it's good completion letters were brought up, so people here won't get too freaked out if they see a thin letter first!!
