Can we eliminate time out?
« on: April 12, 2004, 08:35:47 PM »
I've noticed that messages tend to time out whenever writing a long post.  The problem is that the most useful posts tend to be on the long side, and are therefore in danger of timing out.  Is there anything we can do about the message time out?  If not, then I'll just stick with copying all my posts before hitting "post".  It's not a huge thing, so don't worry about it if it would be a lot of work for you to change. - A site for discussions on books, movies, video games and other forms of entertainment.  We're just starting out, so stop on by, if you have the chance.

I'll look into this a little more, but I'm not sure how to change it.  I lengthened the default cookie time, but I have a feeling that has nothing to do with the type of time-outs you're getting.
