OK to use sentence fragments for literary effect?
« on: November 22, 2004, 08:19:43 AM »
Okay I think I finally have a great Personal Statement.  In my last paragraph I use a number of sentence fragments for stylistic effect.  They make sense when read in the context of the paragraph however i'm not sure if this will be considered poorly by the Adcomm people!?

Any comments?

I'd have to see it to give a full opinion, but I think this could be okay.

If you can do it and do it well, then by all means, go for it.

But I agree, a look at the paragraph would be helpful.
