My friend Drowles, the issue is precisely what i mentioned on the previous post, you see, you would assume that many of the people who got accepted with scores ranging 150-154 and 155-159 got into the PT when the fact of the matter is that they got into the FT, and many of those with scores of 160-64 got into the PT...i spent 4 years at GW and have talked to all of those reviewing your applications
Sej728n and Drowles,If you guys are interested in IP, then why not PT?You can work at a Law Firm in DC during the day, who will pay your tuition.Since you are getting valuable work experience, missing the summer internship is moot.Of course, the downside is that working FT and going to school PT is tough. But since I have a mortgage, this is my plan.Applied to GULC PT, will apply to GW and AU pt also.
You mentioned chiashu, is that working for anyone? Not working for me
I stand by my skepticism. You could also find a bf/gf who's rich and wants to pay your bills. I'm sure both happen, but I wouldn't suggest everyone can do it. It appeared from the wording of your post, that doing what you recommend is a cake walk. I surmise otherwise. If you have it made, I'm happy for you. I hope you can come to terms with my tone. I'd hate to lose sleep worrying whether you appreciate it.HTH
