It's hard for me to take that guy seriously, 'cause everytime I see the name "Noell" a christmas song pops into my head.
That being said, I know I'm new and my opinion amounts to about as much as a frog fart in a hailstorm, but Ima support the special title option for cappy.
My proposal is this: Ruskie, pick four or five worthy choices and set up a poll and let the users pick.
