DOWNY: I think we should introduce some new jargon here. Third tier toilet makes sense as a way of referring to sub par law schools. But in reference to students who attend said schools, we should emply the locution "third tier turd," since turds sit more comfortably in toilets than other toilets do. Anyhow, just a suggestion. Rock on.
