I'm sorry, but I thought I was calling because my file isn't up to date. And for the record, I actually prefer for someone to take my call and fix this *&^%!

i feel your pain.  i sat on hold with lsac listening to that message for over 5 hours one day.  they never got around to taking my call, and i finally had to hang up and go to work.  bastards.  wouldn't be such a big deal if they actually returned emails.
