I am new to this board and would like any opinions on schools I am planning on applying to. Stats are 3.62 169, non-URM. I graduated top 5% from a large state school, have 1 year of work experience and a couple of government internships during school. I am applying/planning to apply to the following:

Harvard (just for kicks)
Columbia (fee waiver)
NYU
Chicago
Penn
Michigan (fee waiver)
Berkeley
Virginia
Northwestern
USC (fee waiver)
University of Washington (in-state, as my safety)

I have already applied to U of Chicago (late Oct) and am considering changing my application to ED to help my chances. Will this help me at all? Any other opinions on my chances are appreciated.
