i doubt he'll get the death sentence, and even if he does, it's not as if he lives in tttexas, so he'll never get put to death.  that being said, he's a lousy douchhefuccker.

He should get life. You suffer a lot more to spend the rest of your life in jail than to just die. It's also cheaper to keep him in jail the rest of his life. This is California, and we can use any penny we have. He deserves anything that happens to him in prison.
