LSACD- What's the F-ing Holdup???

For those who ordered the LSACD...

how long did that damn thing take?  I ordered mine in early October, and it still hasn't arrived.  >:( On the website they said it takes 3 weeks. Does that mean 21  business  days, or are they just backed up as usual?

Can you still get it on the web? I fail to see why you would order the actual CD when you can just access it online...I would call them if I were you.
