OK, Andrew gets first dibs on printing them up and selling for profit.  If he passes, then I'll set a price and a deadline for everyone to give me orders and pay by Paypal.  Then what I'll probably have to do is have them printed and shipped to me in bulk, and I will re-ship them to everyone who ordered.
