lsac reports question

Does anybody know what the LSAC does when they receive a request for a report that you haven't paid for yet?
Should I go ahead and pay for ten reports or should I wait until schools request them?

Accepts: Akron, Washburn, Hamline, Valpo, Mercer, Baylor (Sum), Arkansas, Ohio Northern, Tennessee, Ave Maria, U of St. Thomas, St. Louis, S Carolina, Hofstra, U Florida.
Rejects: George Mason, UGA (blah).
I'm going to Tennessee!!!!!!

I'm assuming LSAC wouldn't send a report to the law school if you haven't paid for it. I'd suggest paying for all your reports upfront so that schools can get the reports as you submit your apps.
