no, shih tzus do that. and i'm not badmouthing shih tzus b/c theyre my favorite ever, and i had one for 16 years, and theyre totally sweet-tempered and adorable, but theyre infamous for it.

shih tzu report card: plays well with others. good snuggler. isn't yippy. looks cutest with short hair. easy to take care of. eats own poop. HTH

Shih Tzus are so cute!  My aunt has one.  But I have to say that small dogs can be terribly annoying (like mine).  They yippity-yap too much at everything (even to other bigger dogs) when they're the size of a peanut.
