mine was a life story.  it included education/why i chose my majors, ECs, my family.

my 250w yale essay is about couches.

my div stmt is funny at the beginning, i think, but maybe you have to have lived with my mom for almost 23 years for it to be funny.

Mine was pretty much an aggregate, mostly a "why I (still) want to go law school" but also "pattern of achievement." It was centered around a story about shoes and the passage of time. Gentle humor. At one time in my life I made a nice living as a writer, but I still have no earthly idea if that PS was any good or not.

You should be able to select up to 3 items in this poll.  I had a couple of interweaving themes.

When you create a poll, the first item under poll options is the number of votes each person has (meaning, each person can select up to X number of items).

Poll Options: ___ Maximum votes per user.

I wrote a life story/overcoming adversity story and explained my overall approach to life because of these experiences (that we all have choices in this world and it's what we do with them that defines us).  It truly was a personal statement or maybe a mission statement or something.  Multiple choices would be good for the poll.  There is an option where you can go back and 'modify' it, by the way :)

Oh and kgd2b1-  That is the most amusing signature :)
