DOWNY should be a moderator

Andrew,
As the board expands it is inevitable that a lot of T.T.T. douches will join. You should make DOWNY a moderator to prevent the douches from messing up the board. Since DOWNY already is in charge of ridiculing them into submission it makes sense. A Sheriff DOWNY is what this board really needs.

we should at least have the DOWNY board.

All new member must post there 50 times before being allowed to post on the rest of the board.
DOWNY must train them
