How to Calculate my GPA

Hey all,

       I'm just curious if there is any standard method of calculating GPA that American law schools use.

My school uses the following:

90-100 A 4 
80-89 B 3 
70-79 C 2 
60-69 D 1 
0-59 F 0 

But, I'm told this is non-standard.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Hey there,

I'm assuming you're talking about law school GPA, in which case it really depends.  I saw a site that listed some of the grading scales and there wasn't anything that was really standard from what I saw.  Also, do you go to law school in Arizona?  I think it was an Arizona school that didn't have +'s or -'s, but most do.
