LONG LSAC delays...normal at this time of year?

LONG LSAC delays...normal at this time of year?

The woman I've been dealing with at LASC finally acknowledged that she personally got my last transcript, but said it could take 4-5 days before it's processed by the appropriate people. Also, my second letter of rec hasn't been acknowledged yet; I had to have my old boss send it again just in case. She first sent it in September...it's been about 4 weeks. The other one I sent in Sept. was posted on their site quickly. This begs 2 questions: (1) Are all of these delays normal?
(2) Will this affect my applications once my Dec. score comes out?

They're having issues this year (changed LOR format in the middle of the season) so they're very behind.  There are a bunch of threads on this already...do a search.

No, those letters will probably be posted by the time your score is released in January.
