Rehnquist hospitalized....

Just out...

Justice Rehnquist was hospitalized for thyroid cancer today...had a tracheotomy performed...

granted texas1 gave all the information in that article that isn't background, except for my favorite part:

"It added he expects to be back at work next week when the court will next be in session."

who wants to bet that if we had a different president, rehnquist would take more than a week off after a tracheotomy?  i love that man :)
