1. I love that when you're on hold the disembodied voice tells you "your file is up to date" even when you have not identified yourself.
2. I love that the rep says "well, one is better than none" in reference to my processed LOR when I call to inquire about the missing one sent three weeks ago. Um, yeah, thanks.

I called Tech Support today to find out why my Duke app that I transmitted yesterday is still stuck in "transmitted" status. The guy was friendly, but basically all he did was take my name and LSAC Account number and told me they'd call me back tomorrow. There goes my early notification from Duke.

It's like building a house, get it fixed before you close - once they got your money, you're SOL. Too bad you can't get a refund.
