Yeah, I know I'm behind a bunch of you, but I'm still excited.  I just submitted my app to NYU!  Before long I will have everything else except for Yale and Stanford!  Hooray!

Hey totalbs247:

Can you run me through the process of what you did to apply to NYU starting from pressing transmit etc.? What did you send (resume, PS, etc.)? How did u send money and certification etc... THanks.
I plan on sending out my apps soon too.

I uploaded my PS and resume before transmitting, and I had a fee waiver so the fee was automatically taken care of.  NYU doesn't have a certification, does it?

And Harvard!

I'm spent.  I'm going to wait and have my PS checked again before I send to Stanford.  And now it's time to start on that damn 250w essay...

thank you! Did you send an addendum?
How did you separate extra currics or honors from eachother on applications? Did you put a comma or semicolon between them. Also did you put ure position in parenthessis or after a colon, etc. thanx!

I think you're worrying a little too much about format.  Just use something that looks good and don't worry about it.  If you are rejected for your formatting, then there's something glaringly wrong.

agreed.  when unsure of s/t--the best answer is to imagine your an admissions officer.  if you have to read 1000's of resumes and applications, i assure you that there is no way you're checking them all for accuracy in semicolons and commas etc (obviously this is different for the PS).
