directing letters

LSAC is completely slow and unhelpful in answering questions, I think this is well established.

Here's a question I can't seem to get them to answer:

I have two recommenders.  One of them filled out the general form way long ago, one of them filled out the new targed, school-specific forms.  So now I'm trying to direct the letters from this second recommender, only the website won't let me because it'll say something like "two letters are required for this school"  Well I can't direct two letters to the school because there's only one!  So I'm stuck

What's the question?

you can direct the general anywhere you want, but you're stuck on the school specific.  why can't you direct both to the school you want?

alrighty problem solved and in retrospec it was a stupid question

all I had to do was add my general recommender to the list and direct that letter to all the schools too.  Didn't know I could do that
