thinking of taking Dec LSAT, should I put it in "future" on the common LSACD

form? if i say i "plan" on taking the december 2004 LSAT, will the schools not look at my app until after those scores are available? or should I just not say that I plan on taking it (I'm not planning, I'm thinking about it... in case I start doing really well all of a sudden and am, for example, deferred....)

Just type 12/04.  You can apply whenever you want, but unless you already have a past LSAT score in your file, LSDAS won't release your report until your December score comes in.
