Seton Hall ($$ - 20k/yr) vs DePaul for IP/Patent Law

Its not as simple as Chicago vs. New York because I like both.  Its not as simple as money because Chicago's COL is lower and transportation home would be cheaper.  DePaul has a stronger program specifically for IP, but SHU's facilities are nicer and faculty/staff were much more enthusiastic and cordial.

Seton Hall places much more into New Jersey than New York...
