Doing a presentation on it, and figured I would let some people do some research for me

Basically first going over history of it, with jews, asians, etc. Then discussing anti-black policies. Then going into arguments for and against. Finally looking at the situation from a legal perspective.
Research so far
History
-Jews (yale, legacy, etc)
-Asians (Ji lian or whoever that recent guy was)
-Black
Arguments
-(For) Equalizing opportunity (specifics?)
-(against) Mismatch theory
Legal
-Court cases: Seattle/Louisville recently, Michigan, Cal, etc
-Propositions: Michigan, Cali, Washington
Clearly I will end up doing most of this, but figured if people wanted to throw stuff out there that they believe is convincing, go for it. Remember, you are working with not just me, but the 30 malleable minds in my class!
