Ohio State: Moving up in the rankings?

Seems like historically they've been a 30-40ish type of school, and the past two years they've been hovering around 31/32.  I heard something about a $30 million donation, but not sure.  Curios if folks think they're moving up in the US News Rankings?

They got a huge donation a few years ago from the Moritz or Drinko families, I think it was something like $50 million or something.

I don't think that's caused a big bump in the rankings, though-they actually dropped a few spots this year.
