South Texas vs. St. Mary's vs. Texas Wesleyan

I think it is obvious. South TX if you are from/plan to work in Houston. St. Marys if in San Antonio, and Weslayan if in Dallas/FW.

I am from Houston and STCL has a good reputation. Firms recruit from there quite a bit. But of course, main competition is from UH, UT and Baylor to an extent. Houston would recruit from St Marys before TX Weslayan. In fact, I don't think I have ever seen/meet/know someone in Houston who went to Weslayan. So if you want to go to Houston, STCL is a great choice if you did not get into UH.

Correct. However if you plan to work in "Texas," and do not care about a particular market, which school will provide you the best opportunity to land a job.  I know all of the schools  have a stigma... just curious as to which one would have the better reputation/opportunities

STCL is the better of the 3, then St. Marys, then Weslayan, in my opinion. But I would also look at the curriculum/clinics/programs and see which one had the best in the field I wanted to study. STCL is great with clerkships and moot court. Tuition-wise they are all the about the same and they are all in nice-sized cities.

Is this a hypothetical, or are you really needing advice to help decide?
