It's not just about the top 20...Besides NW(9) and UM(9), the Big Ten has several excellent schools: Minnesota(22), Illinois(27), Iowa(27), Ohio State(32), Indiana-B(36) and Wisconsin(36), and also some solid T2's such as Indiana-I(68) and Penn State(77). Michigan State is the only one that's not so good, but even it is an upper tier 3 school in the new rankings.I didn't count, but I'm guessing 8 out of the top 36 is not matched by any other conference.
