Tutoring for the upcoming LSAT
« on: March 28, 2008, 02:21:28 PM »
Hi all,

So I've been a member of this board for a while, and took the test back in September.  I got a 176 and have been tutoring since then.  I figured that people on this site are most likely in the same boat I was back then, so I'd post a mini-ad (hopefully this is a-ok, if not, go on and take it down).  Like I said I'm a tutor based in D.C.  I do this because a) it pays the bills, b) I've gotten good at really explaining the test (doing every single test...ever...helps that, and c) I actually really enjoy it.  If you are looking for someone give me an email at nolanadmin@gmail.com or just post in here, whatever works.

FYI, you have some serious competition out there.

Posting as an Arrested Development character with it spelled all wrong and with limited posts is not going to get you far here.  Not being mean, just a heads up.   ;)

Yeah, DC seems like a saturated market for LSAT tutoring.

I took this username because somebody else was using my RL name as their username.  We're in an incestuous industry.

I Googled it.  Nothing particularly interesting comes up, although if I put your full name in I get a link to the BP-TM thread.

What sort of qualification were you looking for?

I saw that.  I wasn't particularly interested.

The ellipses are a redacted double post.  For some reason, the board keeps freezing and some posts have gone missing.

I hope you can compete on price b/c Bernie has a serious reputation on this site for top-notch prep in DC.  I'd also recommend tossing in 100+ posts actually helping people with their LSAT questions before pimping yourself out.  It's a win-win form of advertising.
