FIU just DROPPED to T4!!!

Up and coming school my ass! Where are all those ppl who claimed FIU would surpass Miami? Looks like T3 would be a stretch! This rancid TTTT has the worst employment rate too at 21.4%!!!! Maybe if the school wasn't obsessed with taking every bottom feeder URM, the rankings would go up. Either way, avoid this school like the plague!

Really, Mr. Ignorant? Indeed, it must be from those uneducated and inconsequential blacks and hispanic's whom get this absurd oppurtunity bestowed to them. I couldn't fathom any other reasoning to the schools diminished rankings.Apart from these dense minorities of course! Any other inflammtory comments you feel like divulging so eloquently?

Since this year's Tier 3 and Tier 4 are ranked, you can see that there are 12 law schools in Tier 4 that are ranked higher than FIU.  However, it's still 3 spots higher than Nova Southeastern University.

Yes, they are this year.  Both third and fourth tiers.  If not, how do you think I found out or figure out that FIU is three spots higher than Nova?

Not Cooley.  Although Cooley was near the bottom. But, there were several schools, maybe around 5 that are NOT ranked and they are placed below the tier 4.  They are the new ones, so, I guess you can say that these are the dead last.

dead last: Appalachian School of Law, Grundy, VA
second last: University of the District of Columbia (Clarke), Washington, DC
third last: Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Lansing, MI

Instead of saying:  "Cooley is ranked higher than University of the District of Columbia" it will probably say "Cooley is ranked higher than Columbia."  Would anyone be surprised if Cooley says that?

Keep in mind that there are a bunch of ties in the lower rankings, just like there were a lot in the lower end of T2. You will see the schools get ranked alphabetically when they have the same point amounts. You will know the schools that are really lower than each other when the letters restart again. For example, there are 3 schools tied right at the top of T3, and then there are 4 schools tied right below those.

For example, the bottom of T4 actually goes like this

3rd to bottom (Tied) - Ava Maria, Touro (I expect Ava Maria to drop even further with it's move to Florida, they have had very low entrance stats last year, this year, and probably next year)
2nd to bottom (Tied) - Barry, Cooley, Univ. of DC
Bottom - Appalachian

Cooley could very well be 2nd to bottom, though only marginally.

It looks like the completely unranked schools at the very bottom have not been assigned any score at all this year, we will likely see them get placed in the future though, most likely NOT at the bottom, it is just that US News does not have a full set of data from them yet. The ones at the bottom of T4 are the truly horrible schools.
