so here is my dilemma...i got accepted to Brooklyn Law ($30,000 scholarship), Maryland Law (no money), and Wisconsin Law...waitlisted at: Fordham and GWi know i want to practice in nyc but i also get instate tuition at Wisconsin and it's so far ranked higher than the other schools i've gotten into...the thing is, i an unsure about post-graduation prospects out of wisconsin in terms of being able to work in nyc...i don't want to be stuck in the midwest...do i A. go to wisconsin and transfer out, B. plan on attending wisconsin until i hopefully hear good news from either fordham or gw, or C. go to brooklyn because i have better nyc job prospects?desperately wanting some advice...thanks!
First, don't got to a school you couldn't see yourself happy at for three years.Second, if you definitely want to work in NYC, go to Brooklyn. Plan on going to Brooklyn, and if GW or Fordham happens, take it from there.
el_che...you don't think i can get into biglaw right from brooklyn?how come?
