I don't get why but People seem to be able to sort out Michigan vs MSU. but for some reason the UPenn vs Penn State things still confuses the "best and brightest."

im confused.  doesn't upenn = penn state?

yeah.  it's like how people some people call the university of north carolina UNC and some people just call it north carolina.

yeah that's what i thought.  why are people saying theyre different things?

Penn State is notorious for gaming the rankings, but I don't know if you can really take them out of top ten (MUCH LESS THE TOP TIER)

UVa is a safe school, the shooting was simply a horrific crime committed by disturbed student - it could have happened anywhere.

UVa is a safe school, the shooting was simply a horrific crime committed by disturbed student - it could have happened anywhere.

that was Virginia tech, not uva.  way to know recent events.
