so it really sucks about africa's debt.  i think other countries should forgive their debt so they can start over with a clean slate and try to use their resources to advance their societies and such instead of paying off interest through the unforeseeable (sp?) future.  it's the least we could do after all the mistreatment of their people and colonization and such.  i think the western world caused a lot of their problems, so we should do what we can to help them better their lives.
