maybe everyone at yale are so smart that they all got supreme court clerkships and academia afterwards....therefore yale graduates clearly have no prospects in the actual practice of law.
the competitiveness thing at Emory was true until a few years ago. i mean, its still competitive, but since they changed the grading system and curve, its gotten less competitive. despite my immense hatred for USNWR, it is the only one to pay attention to. oh, and the leiter rankings are total bull and he, IMHO, is a uberdouche
