anyone else taken aback by princeton review's rankings?

here's a few top 10 lists that make me scratch my head.

i agree.  there are no career prospects coming from yale, due to its lack of national reputation and general third tier toilet-ness.

edit: at least Penn made two of the lists, and the one it didn't make you probably didn't want anyway (competitive students).

maybe everyone at yale are so smart that they all got supreme court clerkships and academia afterwards....

therefore yale graduates clearly have no prospects in the actual practice of law.

BYU is really that competitive? why? Are they stuck in Utah and have to fight for jobs with the U of Utah as well?

that's a good point.  because academia and clerkship are not actual career prospects.  those are ttt careers, and in fact are completely unrelated to the law.

the competitiveness thing at Emory was true until a few years ago.  i mean, its still competitive, but since they changed the grading system and curve, its gotten less competitive.  despite my immense hatred for USNWR, it is the only one to pay attention to.  oh, and the leiter rankings are total bull and he, IMHO, is a uberdouche

i dont know...i myself is religiously devout to the time and newsweek ranking....

i could be wrong but princeton review ratings are done by surveying the students, they sample a few hundred or so at a school (if that) and have them rate their career prospects and *&^%...totally bogus rankings
