Pepperdine has climbed from the mid 80's to 59th in three years.
This is a mystery to me. Call me old-fashioned but I still view Loyola as the 3rd best school in LA.

The whole 50-80 range looks crazy. So many ties and massive changes. Just a few schools where the ranking looked much different than last year:
Case Western fell a lot in terms of absolute rank (no thanks to the ties)
Cardozo fell a few spots (what happened to all the talk about it breaking T50?)
Brooklyn fell a few spots but essentially remains tie with Cardozo in th NYC market.
St. Johns went into free fall - from 70 to its current spot - no thanks to the number of tie again.
Pittsburgh slipped a lot too. USNWR really went to work on its Tier 2 this year.
Seton Hall - WTF? Pepperdine? Double WTF?? What a jump?

How can a school, namely W&L, drop almost 15% in bar passage rate in jurisdiction?
Was the 3L class not as bring as the year before?
