I didn't get anything today, but I was deferred from ED.  Should I be worried?

Well looking at the solid numbers being rejected and waitlisted I would think no news is good news especially considering phone calls usually come later in the day :-).  Good luck!

The deferred from ED group will hear much later.

I'm ready to believe you, but how do you know this?

I've watched the last couple of law school admissions cycles.  Trust me, you won't be hearing anytime before April.

How is "hold" different from "deferred" at Chicago?  Is deferred only for ED?
yo: Gtown($$), RU-C($), GW($), UIUC($$), Northwestern($)
no-go: Berkeley, H, Y, UChi
so-so: Fordham, Mich, UCLA, Columbia, Vandy, UVA, Penn, NYU

"Hold" at UC = deferred elsewhere (such as LSN)

Only for ED, as regular decision applicants do not have a subsequent cycle to be deferred into.
