Other than that, the only other thing that may matter is whether you plan on working in a very lucrative or non-lucrative type of law, since they vary so much. You need a low debt load to do some types of law, there is also one type of law in which your undergrad degree plays a major role, and one can sometimes do well in it even from a low-ranked school.
Do you have contacts in either state.
You will have a somewhat easier time transferring form a higher ranked school. It is more likely than not though you will be stuck at the school you choose and need to be happy with it.
