As far as I see it... Bush/Cheney - helps big companies screw taxpayers and "little guys"

Edwards - helps "little guys" screw big companies.

I think Ill go with option #2.

so what you are saying is that edwards is a bad person because he used emotion in his arguments?  ironic considering the politics of fear that this administration uses (a vote for kwerry is a vote for terrorism, right?)

No, I'm saying he is a bad lawyer because he manipulated
emotions in cases that should be focused on the medical facts.

and i believe the definition of an ambulance chaser  is a person that chases ambulances for the purposes of frivolous lawsuits.  sorry chief, edwards doesnt fit the bill by a long shot

that argument is weak at best.  what do you mean manipulated emotions?  every trial lawyer on every side uses an appeal to emotion to argue their case, so are those people bad too?  sounds like you are prejudicial and biased

The true defintion of an ambulence chaser is someone who preys on emotional travesities for his or her own profit.  I think he fits this description well...

HAHA I am prejudicial and biased?  I doubt you have even read a single piece of evidence about Edwards past.  You are just trying to argue on your own biases.

In medical malpractice cases, it is very easy to manipulate jurors because of the content of the cases.  The focus should be on true medical evidence, and proving whether or not the doctor was negligent.  Edwards simply tried to drag out sympathy from the jury, and it was effective.  Unfortunatly, it was found out later that the doctors couldn't have done anything, so the only person Edwards really helped was himself, at the expense of doctors would were just trying to help people.

that argument is weak at best. what do you mean manipulated emotions? every trial lawyer on every side uses an appeal to emotion to argue their case, so are those people bad too? sounds like you are prejudicial and biased
