Still No Decision from UF!!

I called and they said that they have not made a decision on my application and that they will be mailing decisions next week. I am wondering if they are going to be mailing mass rejections. If so, I really wish they would have rejected me months ago so that I could have moved on with my life!!

Yes! I know what you mean! I check my mail everyday only to find it empty. I too heard that the latest they will mail decisions is on April 1st.

 a friend of mine says she got a rejection letter last Friday. However, I don't know if it was a full rejection or waitlist or what not...all I know is that it definitely wasn't an acceptance.

Do you think this is potentially good news for us that we haven't heard back yet?

It definitely depends. I think that their seat deposit is probably due this week so people on "hold" (i.e. us) will get rejected or accepted based on that.

I've been complete since the end of November and am above the index for a lot of the admitted students.. not sure what to make of this..

Quite of a few people with good numbers are in the same position as you. That is quite strange.

A lot of us are still waiting. I've heard that UF still has to make 40% of their acceptances. For those of us who applied before January 15 and are in the priority pool, we'll be hearing by the end of this month.

It's kind of nerve-wracking but you only have a week left to go.

I heard this as well from a credited source. They also said decisions would be out "7 days before April 1st."

I believe we both have the same credited source. 

Yeah... basically it's all over come next Tuesday. It's going to be a surreal thing to not be wondering after UF, having done so for the past five months, but I'm sure I'll find something else to fill the time with.
