Isn't this board for obsessing!?   ???

Totally for obsessing.

I guess one of the upsides of being poor grad students is that we're too poor to own our own place and all of our furniture (with the exception of a new futon) was hand-me-down stuff from my dad or garage-sale finds.  We're just going to sell/donate everything except a nice dresser and the futon, so that we only need a tiny UHAUL trailer.  Good luck!

I just got married so I have all my registry crap too!

Damn.  I forgot about that.  I will too by that time.  Eeek!!!!!

We haven't unpacked half our stuff b/c our place is too small.  It's all still in the original packaging very creatively arranged in an overflowing closet, waiting for the day when it can be free.

I like the idea of freed muffin tins and household appliances.  All I can think of right now is "The Brave Little Toaster".

That movie was out of control.  Animated films just aren't what they used to be.   :D

I am having childhood flashbacks ahhh.  Wasn't there an angry vacuum guy?

Yes.  I used to cry every time at the part when the angry vacuum accidentally eats Blankie.

that seems like the kind of thing that an angry vacuum would do on purpose.

I loved the Brave Little Toaster, but for me nothing will ever beat An American Tail.  :)

Just curious - does your scholarship influence this?

Yes, my tuition will cost less than 10k which is very nice. I want to practice law in the South as well so this is a perfect setup for me. :)

Question to all of you...I didn't get any money from Miami, probably because of my GPA.  But so many people with similar LSAT scores (and lower) got quite a bit of money.  As they begin to withdraw, what do people think about appealing for scholarship money?

I've made my final decision.  Unfortunately that school hasn't yet.
