what do you think
« on: March 04, 2008, 11:38:15 PM »
would it be a bad idea if i took the june lsat, prepping by myself? i am taking a prep course over summer with blueprint (i am ignoring all this litigation nonsense, my friend got a 174 and took blueprint) and am also planning on taking it in october. but i feel like i'll be really freaked out just having that one shot with the test. most of the schools i'm planning on applying to take the highest score, but a few do average. what do you think?

I studied by myself with old tests and got a 173.  Get a tutor and score even higher.

You'd better hope Blueprint will still be in existence when the summer rolls around. But I think your big problem as a law school applicant is the fact that you were placed on disciplinary probation at UCLA. What exactly did you do? It must have been pretty bad, since UCLA typically lets cheaters slide.

it involves alcohol on campus. nothing academic related but i definitely learned my lesson...wouldn't i be able to write an addendum explaining the situation?
