Reminders of Financial Aid = Acceptance??

Southwestern has sent me a couple e-mails this week reminding me to apply for finanacial aid.  However, as of yet, my application status check online says they're still reviewing my file. 

Do ya'll think these e-mails are an early indication that I'm close to being accepted/a serious contender??  No other law schools have sent me these kinds of e-mails...only Southwestern.

i think this emails are pretty commonly sent out to everyone as a matter of course. I think for most people the consensus is that they don't mean anything.

Depends on the school, but, in general, it seems to be the case that all applicants (regardless of admissions status) get the financial aid reminders.  The reason is that many schools want you to file your forms even if you haven't been accepted yet.
