Delay in hearing from law schools=bad news?

Still waiting to hear back from a bunch of schools I'm borderline at (159, 3.65 w/ in progress masters degree at london school of econ).  Anyone have any insight what delay means at Univ. of Washington, Ohio State, William and Mary, Iowa, UNC or UC-Davis?  Been complete at most these schools since early December...

I was complete at Vandy for 3 months before they accepted me. Hold tight, nobody knows how this process works.

I've been complete at Iowa since the end of December and I got a letter placing me in the "hold decision category" at the end of January. So I don't know what they're doing with you.
