Suffolk - Financial Aid Email

I just got an email from Suffolk regarding financial aid.  I have not heard a decision from Suffolk, so did this email go out to everyone?

i think it went out to everyone. i got one, though i'm already in at suffolk, but i have been receiving fin aid stuff from schools which have not given me a decision yet. i think it's pretty standard to send that stuff out to all applicants.

It did go out to everyone since fin. aid forms need to be filled regardless of acceptance status...in the event you do get accepted.
