I'd apply to pretty much everywhere in the top 25 if i were you. You could get into several T-14's and you'll get into Top 25 caliber schools easily.

I agree with Nischay. T-25 for sure.
As you know, you should also apply to a few safety schools too.. where you can definitely get in with your numbers alone.

Just a thought: could Texas get more than its fair share of Mexican American URMs, thereby not helping your application as much as some other schools? I have no idea about the school's actual statistics/figures, but just conjecturing.
